Your information exists for one reason: to get your order made and delivered. That's it. No selling, no sharing, no surprises.

If you reach out through our contact form, we'll also have your name and email from that message. We use it to reply. Nothing else.
Your information is used for two things, and two things only:
We don't send marketing emails unless you've explicitly signed up for them. We don't build profiles. We don't track you across the web.
We do not sell your data. Full stop.
The only third parties involved are Stripe, who processes payments, and Hostinger Reach, which handles our email newsletter list if you've opted in. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never pass through our servers. You can read how Stripe handles your data at stripe.com/privacy.
We may share your shipping address with our fulfillment or courier partner solely to deliver your order. That's the extent of it.
We retain order information (name, email, shipping address, order details) for up to 3 years for legal, accounting, and reorder purposes. Handwriting files are deleted after your order is fulfilled unless you ask us to keep them on file for future orders.
If you signed up for our email list, your email stays in our system until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
You have the right to know what we hold about you, and the right to ask us to delete it. If you've placed an order and want your personal information removed from our records, just send us an email and we'll take care of it.
We'll acknowledge your request within a few business days and confirm when it's done.
