Production takes 2–3 business days. After that, your piece is on its way. Every order ships with tracking, so you'll know exactly where it is.
Canada
5–10 business days
After production. Most orders arrive closer to 5.
United States
7–14 business days
After production. Customs can occasionally add a day or two.
International
10–21 business days
After production. Timelines vary by country and local postal service.
All orders include tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email once your order ships.
Every piece, whether it carries your handwriting, a typed message, or a curated quote, is produced specifically for your order. It doesn't sit in a warehouse waiting. It gets made when you order it, for the person you ordered it for.
Because of that, we can't accept returns for change of mind. We encourage you to take a moment before you place your order: check the size guide, re-read the text, confirm the garment colour. If you have any questions before ordering, we're easy to reach.
If your item arrives with a production error or a defect: wrong text, wrong garment, printing issue, damage in transit. We'll replace it. No arguments, no restocking fees, no "sorry, all sales are final."
That's on us, and we take it seriously.
To request a replacement: email us at contact@speakfromyourart.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll review it and get back to you within 2–3 business days.
If there's a date attached to this gift, a birthday, Mother's Day, or a graduation, order early. Production plus shipping adds up, and while we move quickly, we'd rather you have it a week early than a day late.
